WorkingPrinciple

Thevibrating feeder works by utilising vibration and gravity to move the material.The vibration will provide the force but gravity will determine the directionin which the material travels. The source of the vibration is attached to thefeeder to excite and make it move. The feeder is placed at an angle. The feederis moved or vibrated in an upward and forward motion which moves the materialforward and upward as well. When the feeder returns to its original positionsbut the material does not due to the slower action of gravity upon the materialcompared to the movement of the feeder. Thus, the material is slightly ahead ofits original position. Accumulation of this action will drive the materialforward which is seen as if the material is jumping forward in a parabolicmotion.
