v Working principle:

2013 Hot Selling Granular, Bulk Material ,Powder Linear Vibrating  Screen  uses double vibrating motors to drive, when two motors rotate synchronously and reversely, the exciting forces is generated by eccentric block are resolved in parallel to the direction of motor axis and then united as one across the motor axis direction, thereby causing the materials to be tossed and moved in a linear motion as the materials pass through the screen. The flexible balls are also available on the bottom of the screener. The balls collide each other as the machine is in the motion, thus act as the mesh cleaning system that clear the screen and effectively prevent blocking of the materials. The scope of material size is ranges from 0.045mm—5mm, whereas the maximum size should be less than 10mm
